There is so much information on fitness, diet & weight loss out there that it can be so confusing to know exactly what to do. I’ve been training, reading & learning about health and fitness since 2011, and it has become a huge part of my life.
It’s never been one of my goals to work in the fitness industry – I just love reading & learning about the body & other people’s experiences, and sharing the information & knowledge I accumulate in the hopes that it will help someone else.
I’m not a huge fan of restriction, meal prepping and following strict plans and diets as they’ve never been sustainable sustainable for me, and at some point I always end up stopping them.
After trying a bunch of different approaches to diet, weight loss, exercise and wellbeing, I’m now focused on creating an approach for myself that is effortless and maintainable – something that I can do for life and still be able to go out for pizza with friends & have cake but still reach my goals.
